Gifted schools should be established for the well-being of gifted students where they can get the maximum support and guidance for the selection of an appropriate discipline for their further studies and career. The survey done in chapter 10 shows that the gifted schools are the best option for the gifted students because all the related individuals: Teachers, parents and students feel proud to be there and also consider it a better opportunity for their children to learn more. 62There are a number of projects that are inaugurated for gifted students in terms of provisions for them such as Prince Abdulla Ibn Abdul Aziz Computer Project for Gifted Students, Learning Resource Centres for gifted students, Computer-based Laboratories project for gifted students, Ta’heel Project and Digital Technique Centres for gifted students. Similarly, a number o f companies have shown interest for providing funding schemes for gifted students such as SAMBA Bank, Saudi ARAMCO, EXXON Mobil and Microsoft. Like the mentioned companies, other companies should also provide funds for the gifted learners to enrich the country with treasures of knowledge. Saudi Arabia can only proceed because of the gifted students who have the eligibility to lift the country to utmost heights of advancement. 6263References64Dabrowski, K. (1972). “Psychoneurosis is Not an Illness”. London, UK: Gryf. 130-15564Chapter 1: IntroductionSaudi Arabia as compared to other countries of the world is considered a bit lacking in terms of quality education. Since 1970, specific consideration has been diverted towards higher education. The Saudi Government set an objective of establishing new educational institutes all over the kingdom and also calls attention towards the improvement of the contemporary institutes. After 2003, the Kingdom’s government was able to establis h a large number of governmental and private educational institutions of higher level, undergraduate and postgraduate for almost all disciplines of studies. Because of a number of educational institutes, the students of Saudi Arabia have more chances of better studying. Any university or educational institute comprises of different kinds of students: those who take deep interest in studies and are talented and those who are not much ambitious in terms of education. The gifted candidates are the one who should be supported on the basis of their learning capabilities and their outstanding educational records. In Saudi Arabia, like other countries, the provisions for students need to be assessed thoroughly to improve the system of selection of suitable learners. Not enough resources are provided to good students to move forward in the field of education generally. Although, there are some supporting bodies who are really anxious to help the needy and eligible students but due to unsui table evaluation procedures, most of them fail to achieve their set goals.
